My sister Betty, a retired United Methodist Minister, and recently retired from over a decade with Marin County’s EAH affordable housing organization, has been working tirelessly in her retirement. Her newest focus is a group that began as The Oma Project, now called Oma Village. “Oma” is my sister’s grandma name, used by her two grandsons (as mine call me the more prosaic “Nana!”). I am hoping that this group grows, and expands to encourage everyone, everywhere, to support the mission of bringing an end to homelessness!
